Simulated On-site Survey: Assessing people-centred care in your organization
This simulated tracer experience allows organizations to assess their current people-centre care and patient engagement practice, and identify current organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement. Co-designed and delivered with a people-centred care (PCC) faculty surveyor (clinician or administrator), tracers will be conducted at various levels of the organization, including leadership, management, and point of care.
This product leverages the tracer methodology to help health services professionals experience the reality of PCC at different organizational levels, and will help organizations identify strengths and gaps that they may not be aware of, giving them hands on feedback and a short, comprehensive report.
