Introduction to On-site Survey Tracer Methodology

Introduction to On-site Survey Tracer Methodology

$2,100.00 CAD

Overview

Virtual Session, 1 day

Tracer methodology is used by surveyors during the Qmentum on-site survey to assess compliance with the standards and how well key processes have been implemented throughout the organization. During a tracer, surveyors engage with staff at all levels of the organization.

This one-day interactive session introduces participants to the tracer methodology. Using discussions, group exercises, and case studies, participants gain an understanding of the key activities that take place during a tracer, learn how to use the standards and priority processes to identify questions that surveyors may ask, and discuss ways to prepare staff for tracers.
