Our Telemedicine/Virtual Health standard supports organizations to effectively facilitate the provision of exceptional care through remote health service delivery. The standard covers the entire continuum of health service delivery to optimize communications, education, and information transfers to and between the patients and healthcare professional. This provides organizations with the capacity to care for vulnerable groups in a timely manner and can be utilized in times of contagious diseases outbreaks to protect staff while continuing to care for patients.
